Will my bankruptcy be discharged if I report that my creditor has violated the law?

I had written a letter to a creditor arguing about the amount of debt I owed them. I also asked for the creditor to stop calling me at work and trying to get in touch with family members. However, the creditor is still calling me at all hours of the night. I just want this to stop. Do I have any options aside from filing for bankruptcy and putting an automatic stay on my file?
