Education: Yale College (honors in Political Science, magna cum laude, senior essay award winner), UCLA Law School (Law Review), and Harvard Business School (Regulated Industries, Finance and General Management).

Practice Description: Business transactions (both domestic and international), regulatory compliance and general corporate law advisory work.

Prior Affiliations: Attorney with the law firms Fulbright and Jaworski, Hale and Dorr, and Greenberg Traurig, and general counsel for ESI Enterprises, a multimillion dollar revenue international distributor and trader of consumer electronics products, located in Woodland Hills, CA. Other Corporate Affiliations: Secretary and Director for Iconosys, Inc. (a privately held mobile communications technology company), and Member of the Board of Advisors for Cardiac Network, Inc. (a publicly traded medical device company).
